Highlands Scenic Highway

In the eastern part of West Virginia is the Highlands Scenic Highway, between the towns of Richwood and Slatyfork. This road borders the Cranberry Wilderness and is surrounded by the Monongahela National Forest. Attractions are the Falls of Hill Creek, Cranberry Glades Botanical Area and the northern "parkway" portion of the road which climbs to more than 4500 feet and many scenic overlooks.
