This is from 12,005 foot Charles Peak which is located southeast of Eagle, Colorado, just inside the western edge of Holy Cross Wilderness. It's reached via the Iron Edge Trail. The view is of the Sawatch Range including Craig Peak, Gold Dust Peak and Fools Peak to the north and east; the Williams Mountains and more of the Sawatch Range to the south; the Elk Mountains to the southwest; and Red Table and Hardscrabble Mountains to the west.
