This is an early morning shot of Salt Creek Canyon in The Needles of Canyonlands National Park. It was taken from our campsite on Salt Creek Mesa, along Beef Basin Road, just outside the park. It was very windy. The haze in the distance is mostly airborne dust. Please click here to see the video.
